Dentrix Training

Dental Technologies recommends a minimum of 16 hours of thorough on-site Dentrix Certified Basic Training. Dentrix training is for up to 4 staff members, and is completed at your office in four 4-hour visits. Additional training is also available in 4-hour blocks.

Advanced Training and Consulting can be obtained through Dental Technologies to help your office go beyond the basics, and to teach you how to apply the Dentrix program in areas of marketing, promotion, and efficiency.

Dentrix Annual Support Agreement

Dentrix firmly believes that it’s products are used to their greatest potential only when the doctor’s management software is kept up to date, and the office staff has the ability to seek assistance from Dentrix Technical Support Representatives for any software concerns that may arise. Software Maintenance provides the dentist with all software updates (usually 2/yr.), and unlimited toll-free support.
